I usually use M.A.C. and it lasts on me. However, most mineral makeup uses natural oils in the skin to adhere to your lids. Mineral Indulgence is a mineral makeup line for Black women and they just came out with their new Mineral Eyeshadows. There's this girl I see on VF all the time doing make-up tutorials, and she mostly uses MAC. She's black, and her color comes out really bright and vivid. Very nice.
u can use an eye base (its a cream that u put on ur lids before applying eyeshadows)...it keeps the color on longer and it prevents it from creasing...I like the MAC eyeshadow bases...it also makes the color more vibrant too....
