I always like a light sage green complimented with a light golden brown. These colors always make eyes pop and pair them with brown eyeliner. So cute!!
hazel eyes are beautiful however if you would like to highlight them i would use a plum. any kind of purple tints will bring out the hazel eyes so does green however not as well

I'd say maybe an olive green, or light blue.
