What is a good eyeshadow highlight color?

I am looking for a good highlight color, like to blend on the brow bone. Maybe something kind of cream or vanilla colored, with not too much shimmer. I prefer brands like Stila and urban decay. Thanks! What is a good eyeshadow highlight color?

I use either Stila Illuminizing Tinted Moisturizer, or Benefit brand highlighters. My two favorites are Highbeam, which is a shimmery champagne, and Ms. Popularity, which is a pearly white powder.
