Im only 15 and my parents wont order me the eyeshadow pallettes i want online.So i was wondering is there any good ones at a store i can go to in houston,texas.A store thats everywhere that i can go to.Please i need your help!Where can i find a good eyeshadow pallette at a store?
sephora if you have one near you which you should. Dollar tree has LA Colors (get the 6 shadow ones or the mineral shadows becuase the others arent pigmented enough).
