What eyeshadow colors are good for really dark brown/black eyes?

My eyes are a super dark brown and they look black when light isn't shining through them. I need help. What are good ways to bring out the brown in my eyes or just compliment dark eyes?What eyeshadow colors are good for really dark brown/black eyes?

If you have really dark brown eyes like i do you want to go for opposite colors and try to stay away from the brown family. Try an electric blue, pink, and if your really wild go for green! Remember also to highlight under the eyebrow with a white or silver as well as in the inside corner of the eye to elongate and really open those peepers up!
A slightly pearl-like cream colour would be nice. Make sure it's somewhat lighter than your skin tone. Put it only on two areas of each eye:


On the inner third of your eye-lid including the crease.


and


Under the outer-third of your eyebrow.


Then slighly smudge the shadow so there are no obvious lines between where it begins and ends.


Remember less-is-more.


This will create a nice effect often used on high fashion models
blue and a mixture colour of green if ur skin tone is white but if ur skin tone is black i would prefer u to use white in the inner edge of ur eyelid and yellow or gold or even white at the corner and light to dark purple at the rest part of ur eyes .try to look for this make up tip program by jay (make up artist at american next top model)
i find a middle shade of blue to work well with my eyes, which are also brown. not a light blue, it looks funny and dark blue would just act as another shadow. you could also try purple/mauve
Try a gold or a bronze color also pink works great for making your eyes appear lighter
