Shades in the brown, rose and violet families are best. The warm hue of these shades contrasts with the cold tone of your blues to really make them pop. Use a shade that is darker in tone than your eye color to make your baby blues shine
Days: medium blues shadowy grays NO GREENS medium browns purple-blues beige


Nights: dark purple navy blues dark brown
Use browns and blues and once in a while purples, you can get away with darker browns all time of the day and darker blues and purples at night since you have darker hair.

orange, gold, brown and bronze with black eyeliner will definitely compliment your blue eyes. If you want to do smokey eyes, then smokey brown or bronze will look great on you! hope that helps! :)
