What's some good super bright eyeshadow for a lesser price?

With really bright colors that are almost pure pigment, and long stay. Perferably in pallete form, unless it's cheap to buy it seperate. Really bright stuff like goths wear. Don't suggest Hot Topic, I already tried that.What's some good super bright eyeshadow for a lesser price?

I think it's called Loreal H.I.P. Great bright colors, and another tip would be to get your brush wet before you apply...always makes any color more intense
You could try Claires = theyve got outrageous stuff sometimes and try walmart because they have aisles of different colored makeup! Good luck!!!
