What's good colors of eyeshadow for blue eyes?

I've been using black mascara and light eyeshadows. I'm not sure if they're good though?What's good colors of eyeshadow for blue eyes?
First of all, you should use the color that looks best with your hair color with the mascara. Lol.

I have blue eyes and at a makeup consultation I was advised not to wear blue shadow, but that pretty much any other color would be good. I tend to favor bronze/browns, mauve, and sometimes purple.





If your coloring is really light, consider using brown instead of black mascara.

You should wear brown, peach, tan, taupe and gold. Use black mascara at night and brown for day. Try the “Wearable Browns” collection from Bare Escentuals. They also sell them individually
light colored eye shadows are good for day such as taupe or champagne...esp. with a hint of sparkle to wake up your eyes. if you want a hot night look, go for darker colors such as navy for a bolder impact and finish with mascara
